CARING FOR YOUR BAG
- All handbags are individually designed and hand-painted.
- As collector’s items, each highly curated colorway is individually SIGNED and NUMBERED as a limited edition piece.
- The painted surface is glazed with genuine artist’s acrylic glaze, so it will never smear, run, or come off.
- It is best to store your handbag within its dustcover bag and box in a dry place between 30 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
- We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
- You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process, as well as an email that states your order number and an order total.
- We accept the following methods of payment via Stripe: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Items will be charged to your selected method of payment upon placement of order. Your order may ship in multiple packages, but rest assured, you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees.
- Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information. We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly as merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.
- We are required to collect local sales tax in Texas where Wendistry maintains a physical presence. A physical presence can be a store, warehouse, or contact center.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- All merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of delivery
